[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Failed transaction and money refund

I tried to book tickets on 25th november 2015 to Tamasha film at Asian GPR multiplex kukatpally (4 tickets) from bookmyshow.com twice. Both the times amount has been charged but the transaction was not successful. My money has not been refunded yet.
