Plz find all the screen shot in next 2 slides of Transaction declinedissue. Yesterday again the transaction declined in Bookmyshow on 09-04-17.in last 4 days total 20 times Transaction declined only in Bookmy show.what is the status of A Reference ID - 3661514/Interaction Id-3669249.i already raised the concerned previously on 6th April--15 times transaction declined & 7 th April & today on 9th April--2 times; .again you will give new reference ID & i will receive same standard reply .You already took 5 days time but still no reply. plz do understand..you are gonna loose one important customer, plz do understand.The transaction failed since the Payment gateway not accepting this, plz talk to them Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support May 02, 2017 BookMyShow Customer Care's response Hi Rakesh, The transaction failed since the Payment was declined from the sources end because Transaction was blocked by the Payment Server because it did not pass all risk checks.-Unable to be determined-Cardholder successfully authenticated In case of multiple transactions failure, we request you to contact your card issuing bank as they would be in a better position to assist you. I request you to go ahead once again with the fresh booking for your desired show by using an alternate mode of payment. We admire your patience and would like to thank you for your co-operation. We do understand your view on this situation. When you book a ticket on our website, there are stages where you confirm your booking on the order summary page. Once you proceed to payment and the booking is confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end. We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy.
