BookMyShow — Fraud for ticket booking

I got fraud by cinema hall borivali they had mentioned a couple ticket but I get to know that it's for only single person ticket instead of mentioning couple ticket they should mention single ticket, I didn't watch my movie, my time nd money both got wasted now I want refund of my ticket any cost.
