BookMyShow — IPL Ticket Booking.

So, firstly I have booked 8 tickets of 1000 which is after adding convenience fees, becomes 8692. So this is fine, I had a offer of TATA Neu Rupay card ending 4220, which is of 1000 discount instantly. So now I have applied that offer. But I was charged of 8692 instead of 7682. What kind of scam is this? Now when I’m saying them they are saying you haven’t applied the offer. But I did applied the offer with my own hands and infront of my own hands.
