We had 2 bad experiences with kumaran theatre madipakkam for which we booked tickets online through bookmyshow.
1. My friend booked online tickets for morning 8:30am show in kumaran theater through bookmyshow. But after reaching the theater they have been informed that there is no morning show. It has been cancelled and there was no prior message or notification sent to those who have booked tickets online. All those people who booked tickets and traveled had to return back with disappointment as the show was cancelled by the theater officials without prior notice.
2. Yesterday we booked afternoon 2:30 pm show through bookmyshow in same theater, but after the movie has started, there was no ac/fan working inside the theater. When people tried to reach out to the theater officials regarding this, their careless attitude and harsh response further pissed them off. Even the stall owners (Popcorn etc) inside theater were rude enough to provoke anyone. I have never had such bad experience watching a movie and i would never recommend kumaran theater to my friends or family in future. I would request bookmyshow to remove kumaran theatre madipakkam to remove from their list. Was this information helpful? |
