BookMyShow — Money Back Of Movie Ticket Cancellation

Hey!
I had cancelled my movie tickets on 10th of March 2024. I had done 3 tickets which had cost 850.95 with the help of PHONE PAY app .
Transaction I'd : T2403100031197955246406
Collect I'd : HDF93DDE5C2F6724F38A22C8A2A452891C4
According to your policy I should got back my cancellation money but not received yet .
So get back my money .
