BookMyShow — Money debited but tickets not confirmed and its not even show in payment history

I booked 2 tickets for cobra movie sep 5 2022 11:20 am for B12, B13 Escape Express Avenue, money debited and payment was successful. Transaction time is sep 3 2022 7:14 pm, But tickets not confirmed. My mobile number is [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.

Please refund my amount.i paid via UPI (Gpay).
