[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Money deducted, but tickets not confirmed

I saved few seats on bookmyshow and later booked (confirmed) the tickets by paying online through netbanking (state bank of mysore).
But after i paid the amount, the page did not redirect back to the bookmyshow website, instead showed that the page cannot be reached. I even received SMS from the bank that the amount (451) has been deducted, but the tickets haven't got confirmed yet, which is still showing "pay online to confirm tickets".
What do i do?

When I was trying to book ISL tickets transaction failed and amount about 2100 debited from my account. After few days still didn't got money back. When I get it ?
