[Resolved] BookMyShow — Money deducted from account but didn't get movie rockets

I (Umesh bondre) was booking 2 movie tickets from bookmy show. 225 rs. Deducted from my credit card account after providing all info reg. Cards. But it showed "cinema did not respond for some reason & we could not book your tickets." even i tried to get my money back by signing a my wallet but i could not sign in for the same due to technical problems. I want my rd. 225 back. Attached is the screenshot of failed transaction. Booking ID :MCBC[protected], 4 tickets, dt 21.5.2017, Miraj Cinema, Screen 3, Bhilai, 5pm. Show was cancelled and no information was given till we reached the counter on time, ticket booked online, NO REFUND RECEIVED TILL DATE.

Due to some default condition, there was multiple payment deducted from my paytm account for movie bahubali-2 for show of[protected] and didnt get refund for it. i got message from you about being refund till[protected] but didnt get any. kindly request to do reasonable actions about it.
