[Resolved] BookMyShow — Money deducted from account but no tickets received | |||||
Hi, I just tried to book 2 tickets for civil war for Monday 3.25pm show pune inox bund garden. I got a message from my bank saying that an amount of 557 has been deducted, however on the book my show app page it said that the transaction has failed. So I haven't recieved my tickets in spite of paying for them. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||

Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
