[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Money deducted from account but no tickets received

Hi,
I just tried to book 2 tickets for civil war for Monday 3.25pm show pune inox bund garden. I got a message from my bank saying that an amount of 557 has been deducted, however on the book my show app page it said that the transaction has failed. So I haven't recieved my tickets in spite of paying for them.

I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

Hi,

Your concern is of utmost importance to us.

As per the terms and conditions, Book movie tickets between Monday and Thursday, for any show between the same Monday and Thursday and get the desired cashback and 100% payment for the transaction has to be through BookMyShow's MyWallet.

If part of the payment is made through debit/credit card or net banking, gift cards, or 3rd party wallets, the cash-back will not be applicable.
