BookMyShow — Money deducted from account but not booked movie ticket

I had purchased 2 movie tickets of pushpa 2D hindi movie and the amount got deducted from my account but there was no confirmation of tickets.
please resolve this issue quickly with refunding of money.
I am writing this because i cant communicate with the help center of bookmyshow neither by live chat nor by calls.
[please help cause this is a huge amount].it would be kind of you
