Hi Team, I have booked 2 tickets for Nenu Shailaja movie for the below show timings and location. Money got deducted by the merchant but i didnot get any confirmation page after that. There was a error message saying due to various technical reasons your transaction is failed, but if the money is dedcuted from yoru account we will intimate the merchant after 1 day. But my movie time starts with in 1 day of time from teh current time. So how can i get my money back from merchant ?? pls escalate this issue, it has been happening for me many times.
