Hi Team, I have booked 2 tickets for Nenu Shailaja movie for the below show timings and location. Money got deducted by the merchant but i didnot get any confirmation page after that. There was a error message saying due to various technical reasons your transaction is failed, but if the money is dedcuted from yoru account we will intimate the merchant after 1 day. But my movie time starts with in 1 day of time from teh current time. So how can i get my money back from merchant ?? pls escalate this issue, it has been happening for me many times. Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalised bank 10 working days.
