BookMyShow — Money not refunded after I got a failure message of booking

I booked my tickets for take off - movie for an amount of rs. 462. This amount was deducted from my account in sbi on april 15th. From atm msg came about money deduction. Later i got amessage from book my show that the amount will be credited in 10 working days. But amount has not been refunded till now in my account. Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount of rs. 462 in my account.
