This is really bad BookMyShow, If the customer want to cancel the ticket for some unexpected situation or reason they cannot cancel or they do not have alternative option, then how will they get money back... very very very bad... Verified Support Sep 08, 2014 BookMyShow Customer Care's response Dear Mr. ShamsheerWe completely understand your view on this situation and regret that you were unable to attend the show. As soon as a transaction is complete on our website the seats are sold at the cinema. We being a ticket aggregate cannot cancel/refund or exchange a confirmed booking. Being transparent with our customers is our belief and this has been mentioned on our website for your reference. You can bring a smile on someone's face by authorising friends/family to attend on your behalf or visit the ticket counter at the cinema and request for a sell off. If cancellation of tickets was in our capacity we would have surely done it as serving our customers right has always been a driving force to us. I told my feed back about your services, there should be cancellation of ticket option for the customer, if they are in a some bad situation how will they go for movie or some other things...?????
