[Resolved] BookMyShow — No confirmation on ticket booking, and didn't refund money | |||||
Hello, This is shantanu sharma, I booked two movie tickets using bookmyshow app on 12th February, 2016 at 2 am. Film was Deadpool. In billing process I had completed all the steps and made transaction of rs. 365.8 in which 320 for tickets and 55 for online booking. After a while I received a message from my bank that "transaction of rs. 365.8 has been completed". But i didn't get any confirmation from the bookmyshow. On that note I sent them a mail regarding this problem, they told me that action will be taken within 24-48 hours. But now it has been more than 60 hours and they haven't refunded my money. Please share the contact details (contact number and email id) entered while transacting at [protected]@bookmyshow.com LIVE CHATS or at[protected] as we are unable to trace any details.
Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
For better clarity on your concern, we would need the contact details entered while transacting.
