[Resolved] BookMyShow — No response from past one month after following with customer care daily | |||||
I have not received my another coupon costing rs. 500/- yet. I have been calling to your customer care twice every day from past one month for an update and every time some new person on call asks me to wait, wait and wait and asks me to call back which never happen. I have spent rs. 500 bucks in calling those damn people. It is completely unacceptable to run after rs. 500 for month and following with n number of persons with 100 different reasons and solutions. Nothing has been actioned yet. It is truely misbehave with customers and i am going to report this further mentioning all people's names sitting in customer care and messing up things bringing down reputation of the company.
