BookMyShow — not getting my refund | |||
Hi im dhinesh, booked 3 tickets on 12-10-19. During payment some error occured, my transaction was cancelled, but my amount was deducted from my account.please help me to get my refund ASAP. I called bookmyshow customer care, they are speaking lethargically and they told me to wait for 4 working days. But nobody bother about this problem. Hey! I tried booking tickets for a movie and the payment was been done and the amount has been deducted but I haven't received any confirmation from your side .what is this, is this how you provide services to your customers

As we booked 4 tickets...transaction has been done...but didnt received tckts but amount has been charged
