BookMyShow — Not getting notification

Hello, i have booked 6 tickets for the movie bahuballi 2 and i made transaction using net banking. Transaction was completed bt i didn't received any message from book my show regarding my booking. So when would they refund my amount. Whether they refund to my wallet or to my bank account and when they will refund. Please give me your reply as early as possible
