[Resolved] BookMyShow — Not getting refunded for failed in booking ticket | |||||
I have booked the 1 ticket for bahubali 2 on 25th april 2017 from book my show app, for seat no c-16 but there was a problem in first attempt so i wasnt able to booked but rs - 239.76 was spent from my credit card ending 4214! After that i made 2nd trial for same seat and it was successful but 2 times rs - 239.76 was spent and till date i wasnt refunded! I have attached the screenshot for the same. The amount charged to you would be refunded into your account within a maximum of 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalised bank it may take 10 working days, although it does not take that long!
