[Resolved] BookMyShow — Online cricket match ticket booking money deducted but ticket not booked

Money is debited from the account immediately but tickets nowhere.! i am feed up of calling you guys ! Whenever we call you your phones are busy!!! like for a call we do spend some amount on you guys atleast think for that!

24 jan 2017 i booked tickets for 2nd t20 match india vs england immediately after that my amount 8500 was deducted from the bank but still not recived the refund money! how many times do i have to buzz you ! please help

Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.
