BookMyShow — Online ticket booking | |||||
Tried to book a ticket for the Batman vs Superman show today.. Checked everything and paid the same also. I am in Bangalore and the confirmation I received is that the booking is done for nashik location which is nowhere near Bangalore. I have spoken to the bookmyshow support team and they have denied total support stating money cannot be returned. I have understood that part. What I was looking for was a transfer of the ticket to Bangalore location and I am ready to bear the extra expense. They up front on my face denied any support to me. I have the booking number and screenshots. Also the conversation recorded which I had with bookmyshow support folks including their supervisor.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We certainly do understand the expectations of our valued and esteemed customers and we really strive hard to live up to their expectations.
We being aggregates, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.
But like it was discussed and brought to your notice, we have no authority once the transaction is successful. The cinema has those seats blocked and it's deemed as sold.
Also, we did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said transaction.
In cases like these, you could opt to gift those tickets to your friends or somebody who'd want to go for that show on your behalf.

Selected Bangalore location and city central mall in Bangalore 6th jayanagar..and I get ticket for nashik location.. This must be a joke
