BookMyShow — Paid amount for pre-booking, no confirmation till movie release & blank page

Sir/madam,

I had booked 4 tickets by paying rs.960/- on 19.04.16, in bookmyshow.com with ref. No. Pb-[protected]. The movie release date, not more than 24 hours, till we did not receive any communication or information from concerns and more over the pre-booking details was removed from the site. Not able to contact the customer care numbers. Even no reply for the emails. At last contacted the office number by getting the internet[protected], they have given another number[protected] and spoken with mr. Ravi. He again tried to give the customer care number but i told it was not working so, he took my mobile number and booking details and promised to get a call within 15 min. Later i got to know that he also bluffed me. They are not provided us a free service, collected 10% extra on the ticket for pre-booking. The regular tickets are confirmed even better to others than the pre-booking who booked just 1 day previously in normal rates. Just these people are bluffing the customers not by taking the money and not providing any service. Moreover, we failed to get tickets due to them. Please do the needful.
