[Resolved] BookMyShow — payment debited but ticket not confirmed

I have tried to book a movie ticket through bookmyshow mobile app on 12 november 2017 at 00:15 for the movie ittefaq my debit card has been debited for the amount of ticket but i didn't got ticket booking confirmation instead i got a message from bookmyshow that the transaction was unsuccessful i want total refund of the amount deducted from my account.

We've checked and we are unable to check any transactions with the mentioned contact details.
Please help us with the exact contact details used while transaction on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have this checked for you.
