[Resolved] BookMyShow — payment made but tickets not confirmed

I booked movie tickets of 'gully boy' from bookmyshow on 16th of february, 2019 and paid from amazon pay.
Amount is deducted and transaction is success from amazon pay, but bms shown me transaction time out and ticket was not booked.
Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get back my money in amazon pay wallet.

While booking ticket on bookmyshow and applying coupon related to icici credit card unable to apply code buy 1 ticket and get 2nd ticket free. Tried so much time. So frustrating
