[Resolved] BookMyShow — Pre book refund | |||||
I had pre-booked my tickets for baahubali 2 but bookmyshow sent me a apology message saying that they couldnt process the amount so they will be refunding it in 10days. Till now i havent received any refund. Its more than 15days. Bookmyshow is spoiling its reputation like this. It shouldnt have charged when its unable to book or refund when not booked. why do they play with customer's money?? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Due to immense demand for the tickets were sold out even before our system had the chance to book them. As for the refund we have clearly stated that it will take upto 10 working days, which does not count bank holidays and public holidays (eg. Saturday and Sunday). Be assured about the refund as you can expect by the end of day on 12th May! Hope you understand us!
