[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Pre booked ticket not booked and no status available

Hi,
I pre-booked baahubali 2 on 28th.
Pre-booking was registered on 14apr17.
Till 25th i saw in book-my-show that the status was in pre-booked but till now
I haven’t received any confirmation on booking.
Now the request is not available in pre-booked history or in active booked history.

Kindly let me know what happened to the transaction
