BookMyShow — Pre-booked ticket not confirmed

Dear Sir/madam,

I had booked 4 tickets by paying Rs.1960/- on 18.04.2017 on www.bookmyshow.com with ref. No. PB-[protected] for Babubali-2 on release date 28.04.2017. Yesterday I received SMS stating that "We are in the process of confirming your pre-book tickets for Bahubali with your preferred cinema. Please expect to hear about your pre booking status by tomorrow afternoon. Today to my surprise the tickets were not booked and simply they have sent SMS saying that Tickets were not booked and amount will be refunded within 10 days... Its totally ridiculous as the company is taking money 10 days in advance and keeping the amount for another 10 days !!!
Even the customer care numbers provided on the site is[protected],[protected] are bogus, which through out the day are busy and even the online chat also busy through out the day which is not digestible.
My friends who has easily booked tickets yesterday when the booking was opened and we were like waiting for the tickets till today when all the tickets were already booked for more than 3 days !!!.
We are totally disappointed and request your good office to take necessary against against this company who has created inconvenience to the customers. At least they should have courtesy to keep their customer care working and inform customers on their failure. I would request... if possible kindly ban this site.
