BookMyShow — Received message as money deducted from account but didn't get the tickets (processing request progress bar is displayed continuously)

I tried to book 2 tickets of the event as mentioned above after payment process continuous progress bar like processing request message is displayed after some time i received message like amount deducted from my account but did't received any message form book my show regarding tickets confirmation. Kindly, see to this and please take action as soon as possible and refund my amount.
