Its now more than 10 days when I first registered the complain for the refund of two failed transaction through the website bookmyshow.com Still the refund has not been credited nor they have assured to do so. Your concern is our utmost priority and have investigated it thoroughly.
Ideally, the refund amount gets credited back to your account within a maximum of 10 workings days depending upon the card issuing bank.
