[Resolved] BookMyShow — Refund not processed yet despite show cancelled

I have booked 2 tickets on 08th April for IPL match to be held in Mumbai on 13th May between Mumbai Indians vs Kings XI Punjab. I have paid total Rs. 5200.38 for 2 tickets including service taxes. As per the high court order, it has been more than 10 days that final confirmation have already come that this match has been called off as no matches will take place in Mumbai in the month of May. I am yet to hear from Bookmyshow and whenever I call their number[protected], the automated machine say that final confirmation on IPL matches is awaited which is not the case as high court decision has already come. I also tried to speak to their Representatives twice in last week but they dont know anything and have the same answer that final confirmation is awaited. I request you to please look into this matter as public money is used and not returned as promised within time as their website says link: https://in.bookmyshow.com/faq
***I had booked tickets through BookMyShow, but the show has been cancelled. How do I get the refund?
Incase of show cancellation, the amount will be refunded to you within a week***

It was a quite long process with no one knowing any steps what need to be done further. Nevertheless after following up for more than a month I have finally received my refund.

Amount deducted from my Bank A/c with error in issuing Movie ticket.

While booking ticket using BookMyshow mobile app, I had used state bank of india internet banking on 20th May, at time 18.14
Transaction Ref No: IG0CAFSBB5 fro Rs. 534.96

The amount is deducted from my account, however the transaction failed with error and no movie ticket was issued.

I request to refund the amount of Rs 534.96 immediately.
I am yet to receive any confirmation from Bookmyshow. Please request you to urgently look into this matter so that I can have my refund at the earliest.

Thanks for your call and my query will only be resolved once i receive the funds into my account. I am ready with the tickets to be collected from your end and want my refund ASAP as you will agree that I have made payment through credit card and the interest free grace period for my credit card is already past and I will be charged interest for the number of days the refund is delayed.
Hence request you to expedite and refunds ASAP.
I am still waiting for someone to come and collect tickets since last week to have my refund at the earliest.
Please urgently look into this matter...

Dear All,

I have been assured by Bookmyshow team that someone will come and collect my tickets before 15th May and I have received SMS twice regarding that and also spoke to customer service several times. Still no one has ever called me to collect the tickets.
I am urgently waiting for my refund to be processed as I am being charged interest on my credit card due this delay.
Appreciate if someone can urgently look into this matter.

Dear Bookmyshow

A representative (Atul) from Bookmyshow came and collected both the tickets on Monday and also gave me a receipt (Transaction ID : [protected]) for the collection of tickets.
I am still to hear from Bookmyshow regarding my refund and appreciate if you can refund my funds at the earliest as it has been a long time and all formalities completed from my end.
