I booked 2 tickets for jungle book 3d in kochi(Kerala)on 08.04.2016. The cash was debited but i didin't got any confirmation message or mail. Till now they have not refunded the money. I have raised complaint on their customer care but no response. Date of the incident:- 08.04.2016 Company :- bookmyshow Amount :- 393.80 rupees Attached bank transaction details. I tried to book tickets for the movie ki and ka at inox manipal with my SBI debir card. The amount was debited from my account but the ticketa were not booked
