Please refund my rs 398.76 for the three secret superstar movie tickets booked for sunday 29/10/2017 for 4.30 pm from cinewonder thane. I had booked 3 tickets on 26.10.2017 at 11.57 pm online. I didn't get seat confirmation. I have got only this message, your transaction is is still in process. We are yet to receive a response from the bank/cinema.

I had booked tickets for a movie and bookmyshow refuses to cancel and refund my tickets. The cancellation is done even at the cinema theatre then why not on this middle man website. Their description and way of booking is also confusing and inadequate.
