[Resolved] BookMyShow — Refund of Tickets | |||
I had booked ticktes for the movie PIKU on 24th May 2015 through my book my show mobile app. On doing the transaction I received a pop up on the app stating that the booking was not successful. So I tried re booking the tickets and this time the tickets were booked. After some time i saw that i have received an intimation via sms which stated my seat nos as per the first booking and an email confirmation as well. There were no message or email confirmation for the second booking only the app had a ticket for the second booking. I called BMS helpline and they asked me to go ahead with the first booking since I have recived confirmation via sms and email. While in the movie i found that tickets as per second booking was also occupied. I had called up BMS helpline asking for refund of the second booking since it was because of their wrong message that i had to do the second booking although i got no sms or email confirmation of the same.To add to that those seats were occupied during the show. however they have refused to refund.
