This Sunburn was the worst exprience of my life and all credit goes to the Percept and Bookmyshow for making the biggest blunder of the year 2016 with all the lies and for not sticking to their commitments which was displayed in your Marketing materials all over.

Sunburn and Bookmyshow both have dupped people of their time and money. They have failed most of their commitements towards service which they are liable for each and every tickets they sold for the events.

The entire chain of events goes like this

1) In every marketing material from Percept and Bookmyshow, it is mentioned that the event starts at 12pm afternoon. But due to lack of preparation and technical errors from bookmyshow, they only started giving the wrist bands after 5pm onwards. Though they informed us prior through two Sms, that there is a delay. First one mentioning 3pm onward and second one mentioning 5pm onwards.

2) After arriving at the venue at 5pm. The huge queue and the chaos created by ppl waiting for hrs was incredible. There was no security staff, no queue management system, no staff to guide u through the queue or give information and they server downs after 5pm.

3) After waiting in that chaotic line for over 3 and half hours, at around 8.45pm. I final get the tickets. Mind you this event was suppose to start at 12pm afternoon and people paid money expecting to have a 10hr of nonstop music and good times.

4) Then come the most important decision to be made, that is wheather to take a longcut to climb up hill of 1.9km or to take the shortcut adventerous trecking option and risk ur life just to reach the main Event only to exprience 30mins of Armin Van Buuren.

Imagine paying for 10hrs for this event and only getting just 30mins after coming all the way from Mumbai early morning and then going through 2hrs by road with heavy traffic, 3hrs of waiting in queue and total chaos and to top it all climb up hill for 45 mins to reach the final venue.

Damn somebody should pay me for all this time and effort apart from refunding my money that i have paid for the event.

Does Bookmyshow take any resposibilty for all troubles that all of Sunburn fans have gone through, because your mismanagement at every level?

Have been interacting with customer care of BMS from 29th December and asking for refund of the first day, for which the excutive had assured me to resolve its by refunding the amount through BMS wallet. The customer care people kept on assuring me that, the matter is being highlighted to the concern dept and will get a update/ communication through email from the company, till date i have not got any update on the matter.
