Hi Team, Sri lakshmi, theatre didn't ran the show at 9.30 on 17.Sep.15. please check with them and return back the amount and also expecting penalty charges from them. if there is a cancellation of particular show, they should inform us, its waste of our time as well as travel expenses. We'll definitely help you out with this.
Ideally, when a show is cancelled and if we have the information from the cinemas end in advance. We upfront send an intimation via an SMS about the show cancellation to all our dear customers, so they do not face any kind of inconvenience.
From there the amount is refunded & reflects in the respective accounts within a max of 10-12 working days.
Please share the booking id of the instance you are referring to at [protected]@Bookmyshow.com LIVE CHATS or via[protected]m or[protected]. We'll have this checked and help you resolve your query.
