I have booked two tickets online with booking id: skdt00ubrgqpzf, first class diamond circle: b11, b12 seats on 14th aug, for the movie geeta govindam 15th aug, 2018, 11.15am show. At sri kanaka durga theatre, narsapur. But the seats were sold to the other as blacktickets and not allowed to enter me. I entered into the theatre premises at 10.00am, but not the bookings were opened. The ticket counters were opened at 10.30 am and said that all tickets were sold out. I have shown my mobile ticket message, but they denied. I have no option to put a complaint against theatre authorities to the district collector, w. G. Dt, for this type o[censored]nfair practices and blocking the tickets, selling at higher prices.

We have had this case checked with the cinema and as per the terms and conditions, the tickets have to be collected 2 hours prior to the show failing which the tickets would be sold to someone else.

Please refund the amount taken for booking ticket when booking has been failed but payment was taken. Kindly repay the amount taken. By how may days will it get returned.

I have booked two tickets online with Booking ID: LY7CX56V. Seats: Royal class-D09, D10 for Theevandi (U/A) on Sun, 9 Sep, 2018 6:30pm at Thrilok Cinemas: Pandalam (Maalu). But seats r not available in theatre.and ticket boy insulting me.
