BookMyShow — Wrongly showing show time | |||||
Hi, I booked bahubali 2 ticket from bookmyshow with bookingid SLSD[protected] for 2:30PM. But actullay Sri Devi Theater in chandanagar started show at 2:00PM. Because of Bookmyshow showing wrong data in site I missed half-an-hour show which is 20% of total movie. I need total amount refund. Booked two tickets for bahubali2 movie in the online but available seats in the theater (gokul, erragadda) only one, moreover when we asking for another seats theater people behaving rude.

I want to cancel this ticket and get the money back I am sending the picture of the ticket the time which I want is not given to me instead of 12pm they gave us 10pm night show which I can't go to that cinmema which is far way from our place
