[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Yet to get promised refund after its been two weeks

I have booked two movie tickets for Dangal on 1st Jan 2017 through this website. The actual cost of the ticket was 207.52 Rs and when I was trying to book the tickets my 1st two attempts was showing in-complete transaction due to technical error by Bookmyshow website. Finally by the 3rd attempt I was able to book the tickets. But when for some reason I checked my bank balance that eve, I found out even for the failed transactions book my show has charged me and deducted the amount of 209.52 + 209.52 + 207.52 = 626.56 Rs. I have asked them to refund the extra amount charged immediately sending all the relevant documents including my bank statement where its clearly mentioned that the amount has gone to Book my show account. After a long conversation and end no. of calls they accepted to refund it and sent a mail that it will be refunded withing 5-7 days. After 10 days, when I still did not get it, I contacted them again, but now they are once again clearly denying that they have not claimed that amount after seeing the documents and sending me a mail also regarding the refund. Now they are telling me to go and ask the bank. I think they are just living in ICE AGE where they have not heard about net banking facilities or do not understand whats the meaning of a mini statement and its contents.. I have tried calling them today again, left mails also, no response. Even i checked with my bank, as bookmyshow asked me to, which said there has not been any refund from bookmyshow against my account.. Now I tried contacting them in FB and luckily they reply and same automated response that "go to bank", "we did not claim the money", "it will take 5 to 10 days" (whereas its already been 14 days).. I don't know what to do now!! IF ANY AMOUNT GETS DEDUCTED FROM THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR by the PAYMENT GATEWAY USED BY THE COMPANY, IT SHOULD BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER, APOLOGISE AND REFUND IT IMMEDIATELY. but BOOKMYSHOW is that irresponsible and negligent and reckless company that they are not even accepting there inefficiency and instead they are making me to run after them for getting my money back!! I don't even know whether I will get it back or not!!
