I brought 7th class telugu text book on 26th September, on that day the shop owner said that we are not suppose to give single text book but for the support and believe on our shop we are giving this book for you. And they charge 10rs extra for that book for the transportation charges and they didn't told me about these charges, again I went that book stall today for the other 7th class text books, i asked them the other books except telugu, and they said that we are not suppose to give those books without telugu book, and also there is no such types of customer supports here, and they given those book at last and again they charge 100rs extra for those 5 text books, and they are saying that this is transportation charges for your books . I thought that this is not fare . So much fraud things are running through in our daily life, they took advantage from a common people and they are stealing the money from poor people, no body are asking about such type of things, there are no social responsibilities for anyone, this is very disappointing that we are living in people surrounded by worst and cunning . These 100rs are not worth for others but for me it was useful, so many people will live such type of things because they are taking so lightly . I'm facing this type of things in daily life, these type of things made our humanity cruel and wild, these type of basic things makes humanity worst and become rude.

The book has not been delivered which was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days. Reading all the complains regarding this web site it is hard to believe that it is not fraudulent. There is no communication from the customer care, either via e-mail or the phone no. which no one picks up.
I can see they regularly update their facebook page but have no time communicating with the customers.
I cannot believe how such a fraudulent site is operating despite so many complains.

I have ordered a book on August 1st 2021 and I have not received it yet. There is no way to track the order as well. I have also raised 2 complaints using the form given on the website but have not received any response yet. Is this a sham? I see many people who have ordered and not received their orders yet. If you are not able to deliver, please refund my money.

I have paid Rs. 645 against it. However, I have not received the book (the 4 days for delivery have passed). There seems to be no way of contacting the book shop.

But it has been more than a month, still i didnot receive my refund. I request you in this regard to kindly take up my complaint and insist the company to give my refund.
