I have ordered a book named social cultural and economical history of himachal pradesh from a e commerce website www.bookshopofindia.com on 2nd of february, 2018. I have already done online payment for the book. But since the day i ordered that book i haven't received a single details about tracking and shipping.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

My order i'd is boi70020, initialy they didn't have any information regarding delivery, after complaining its delivery problem in this site they called me and told that they have increased the price then i cancelled the order and they told that they will give refund but it is not given yet. Please help me to get my cash back.

The site is very badly responding it's not good. And customer care number is also not available. Poor customer service. If delivary is not possible i want the money back.

I purchased three books from bookshop of india online on oct 14, 2017 and still have not received delivery. I am concerned since there is no response to my mail and i tried contacting them on customer care no. And the number does not exists.

Appreciate if the matter can be taken seriously and resolved.

I made an online purchase of a book (Aipgmee self assessment and review) through a site named www.bookshopofindia.com on[protected].. The book was supposed to be delivered in 4 days time.. I tried to call n talk to customer care through all possible numbers on the site but the only reply is dat the numbers do not exist. The following are the details of my purchase

I have made payment of rs. 85/- towards purchase of book titled "abc of pwd accounts" by c. M. Kaul through my axis bank debit card on 14/08/2017. As per shipping details, i should have got my parcel within 4-5 days. Even after a lapse of 20 days period, i have not yet received the parcel. Also the phone no. Provided by the company is not in existence. I have already booked complaint
3 times with the company but nothing is heard from their side. Negligence of complaint from customer is mere cheating
By the company. I should be made known the status of the delivery by the compay else my payment be refunded.

Even after launching complaint 3 times, nothing is heard from the company side. This is cheating the customers. Also the phone no. Provided by the company is not in existence.

It is a fraud company, spoiling the image of our country in all over world by using the name of india and situated in the capital of india i. E. Delhi. Just taking the advance money and not delivering the books. My order no. Boi69380 dated 8/19/2017 and boi69396 dated 8/21/2017 paid by credit card through cc avenue. Still showing "in process". They are cheaters. Not delivering the books. Just galloping the money. Please take action against them.
No physical address, no contact number, no owner name nor any employee name on their site. It is completely fake.

I haven't received the book till date their phone no is not switched off and they are not responding to any emails.

I ordered 30 copies of beacon reader series "kitty & rover" to be used for teaching english to under privileged children in delhi. I paid the full amount, but have not recieved any books, or any further communication. This order was placed on the 7th july 2017.

I have ordered a book online in Books Shop Of India, located in Delhi, Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics by Walter Greiner, Springer Verla Publication. They have not sent the book and the order was placed in the month of March. Suddenly I have got a suspicious email saying that order has been cancelled and clearly said that my money will be refunded, yet not even single rupee is refunded from their side. Another Fraud company found. Neither they respond to my emails, nor do they attend my calls.
