I have paid Rs 1052 on 12.11.17 & Rs 470 on 13.11.17 in on line mode but no status of delivery schedule / tracking details. More over the land line is [protected] found to be switch off. Very much pathetic, can any body suggest how to go about??

I have ordered a book (Transaction ID : BOI70945) and Bank Ref #:CCAFD1AIV149
I have sent an email 12th April enquiring the status ~ There is no response.
The contact numbers provided on the Internet are not operational.
Internet is full of complaints about Bookshop of India not delivering books and only collecting full payments in advance.
So I'm sending this reminder after speaking to CCAVENUE Teams ~ An immediate follow-up is expected OR will Have to take Stringent Measures.
