Bookshop Of India — How to get a refund from them | |
I placed an order online, on 06/01/17. As usual they never shipped out the order or never communicated (telephones shut & not responding to emails). I had paid online through ccavenue using my debit card. I contacted ccavenue by telephone & within 5 working days they managed to get me a full refund. Hence I suggest all the people who paid using debit card to credit card to contact there bank or payment intermediary & demand a full refund. Hope this helps a few people !!
