I ordered a book from bookshop of india but it's not delivered yet and not showing any status. The money is debited from my account. My order i'd is boi70020. The site is very badly responding it's not good. And customer care number is also not available. Poor customer service. If delivary is not possible i want the money back. I have ordered a book (Transaction ID : BOI70945) and Bank Ref #:CCAFD1AIV149
I have sent an email 12th April enquiring the status ~ There is no response.
The contact numbers provided on the Internet are not operational.
Internet is full of complaints about Bookshop of India not delivering books and only collecting full payments in advance.
So I'm sending this reminder after speaking to CCAVENUE Teams ~ An immediate follow-up is expected OR will Have to take Stringent Measures.
