I have made online payment of rs 85/- towards purchase of book titled "abc of pwd accounts" by c. M. Kaul by my axis bank debit card on 14/08/2017. As per shipping conditions, the parcel should have reached me in a period of 4 to 5 days,
Even after launching complaint 3 times, nothing is heard from the company side. This is cheating the customers. Also the phone no. Provided by the company is not in existence.

Updated by baiswareynz have made online payment of rs 85/- towards purchase of book titled "abc of pwd accounts" by c. M. Kaul by my axis bank debit card on 14/08/2017. As per shipping conditions, the parcel should have reached me in a period of 4 to 5 days. Even after a lapse of one month period, the above book parcel is not received by me . Hence the amount paid by me be refunded to me within a period of 3 days else i will be compelled tom lodge a complaint against the company for the further consequences of which the company will be held responsible. Customer care and company telephone numbers are fake and are not in existence.
