Boom solution pvt. ltd. company is one of fraud company. please don't trust this company. they are cheating people by saying that they are giving loan on very low interest . they collect login charge and processing fees and after completing all document by clients and paying amount they demand for documents which cannot be fulfill ex. bank solvency certificate etc.and when fail to provide loan they demand 40% cancellation charges of processing fee and 50% from file login charge. in reality their main business is 40% cancellation charge they make from clients.i had paid them 13000/- login charge and150000/- processing fee for 1 Cr loan and it is already 39 day past since i paid whole amount and they are not able to give me any loan. when i asked me to stop and refund my whole amount Mr. rohit had said that i have to sign cancellation documents and they will refund only 60% of which i had paid them.their stuff like Zara, rohit, khushi they all are fraud . they will keep calling you till you pay money to boom solution and once you paid them they will not attend your call.it is our strong request to authority to make inquiry about this company and their directors whose contact numbers are not available.please ...please...my request to all those who are looking for loan don't fall in trap of boom solutions pvt.ltd. they are frauds and i will definitely fight with such company to get my money back.

Its really disheartening to learn Sri Ravindra k.singh and such persons are subjected to ordeals by dishonest companies/persons. The language although colloquial by Ravindra k.singh is superbly clear and lucid, I liked the way he has put it - a language nearer to his heart - in such perfect conveyance of meaning what he intends to.
Its high time the Company Law board, RBI should seriously look into & curb frauds.

Here, I (Matilda Priyajyot Pillai), am writing my to bring my grievance in front of India and all over where boom solution provide their fraud services. Promising with minimum documents, disbursement within 25/30 days..
I am running my small Tiffin Service in Mumbai. I wanted to expand for which I compared all the banks and other financial company. I than received call on March 14th 2016, from one of the executive who directed me to Ms. Surbhi. I explained her my requirement of Rs. 5 Lacs. Also I enquired about the security to be submitted to the company. That time she informed to provide guarantor of same value, later informed about SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE nor GOVT GAURATOR. (which bank or finance company in India ask for such documents). Upon submitting the agreement with all respective documents to boom solution.

My communication letter of cancellation attached…

I wrote a letter for cancelling of loan and reimburse my money such as login charges Rs 2500/- + processing charges 15, 618/-. I have also wasted my couple of 1000/- rupees for agreement franking and notarisation. I sent my cancellation request letter on 26 September 2016, I was waiting for their reply… on 05 October 2016, I received call from Mr. Rohit (who is in Legal Dept Boom Solution Pvt. Ltd.) instead of replying on mail. Here he informed me to send a cancellation letter (formatted by Boom Solution)which have to be duly franking and notarized. Where it mentioned deduction of Rs. 1200/- from login charges and 40% less to processing charges. (Copy attached).

I am going to take my grievance to Hon’ble Home Minister Shree Gulab Chand Kataria (dscord.[protected]@rajasthan.gov.in) and Superintendent Of Police Shree Rajendra Prasad – (sp.[protected]@rajpolice.gov.in)

I was also got cheated by this fraud company. Call me at [protected] to take action on these frauds.

Please don't trust this company and apply for a loan with them. You will never get your money. These frauds should be punished badly and wiped out of India. Please write a letter to the Prime Minister.

As spoke to Mr. Rohit of Boom Solution on 9th December 2016, he informed us to send a loan cancellation letter format by Boom Solution... Our legal advisor corrected the same as per our requirement and we sent the cancellation letter to Boom Solution by Indian Postal Track No. EM[protected]IN on 20/12/2016, which was received by Boom Solution on 24/12/2016.. We than called up Rohit, where he informed to give him a week days time... on 03/01/2017... as we phoned up Rohit, he insisted us to send the cancellation letter on their own format.. (Boom Soltion Cancellation Format attached, our letter attacted) 13 cheques, original attested documents, guarantors documents were not mentioned in the said format...

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I tell 100 times this big fraud company don't trust this company this company executive all are frauds, this company approved me LOAN in 10lakh, but processing fee 27500/- this is NRI customer providing LOAN so exchange currency that's why we take processing fee. So don't trust #### this company.

Boom Solution Pvt Ltd and BSPL Consultancy both are same company and completely fraud. Please be aware of this this extremely harmful people. They make fool of people and promise them to provide loan and after pulling the loan files for months they compell the customers to cancel their file and deduct charges. This way they are making profits from login charges and processing fees. beware of these fraud people. Every employee in this company is fake... keep on transferring calls to each other.
