Hi sir/ma'am,

Boom Solution Pvt. Ltd which is at Udaipur Rajastan is cheating people stating they provide personal loans at 10% interest. Please think that they are providing less compare to market and apply. But they don't tell in the beginning that Solvency Certificate is mandatory. They take files charges and processing charges. Please the attachments. I paid the money in May 216 and we only have to pay the legal stamp fees.

It's been 4 months. I have submitted the Solvency certificate. Still they say that they want in their format which is not given in the market from any bank for salaried employees. I have submitted my 3 years IT returns and income proof and all other documents they have asked.

Because of solvency they are saying that they cannot provide the loan now. I asked them to email me stating they cannot provide the loan, they are not ready to do that.

Actually they are making money with the 40% of processing fee and 50% of the file fee. It's been 4 months they are enjoying my money without giving loan. Till you pay the money they follow up with you, once you pay the money you have to follow up with them. I have followed up and completed documents for the last 4 months.

I spent extra 2, 500RS from pocket for the legal documents+2, 500(File Fee)+14, 618(Processing Fee)=19, 618RS and wasted my 4 months for just 4.5 Lacks although my salary is 40K per month. I have a very good cibil score. I want my full amount back.

They are cheating people all over India. Please take some legal action on them.

People don't get in a trap with this company, they will never provide you a loan and you will lose your half of the money.
