My complaint against BOP PROJECTS PVT Ltd (BAYAWEAVER LTD ) .I have invested in June 2014 in their buy back home scheme project Lucknow for 1 Year.My post dated chq supposed to be honored in June 2015 .Mr Rishi was making excuse from June 2015 till Sep 2015 and in the last I presented chq for payment, It was bounced due to fraud and cheated because of Account closed.No one responsible to revert on mail.Several times mail send to even Mr.Gaurav Mavi and mr.Amit Mavi.Send legal notice to Greater Noida which was received in office & after this also no respond.

I also invested in OMG Bayaweavers Noida project under Buyback scheme & they issue me quarterly Cheques on Indian Bank of BOP Projects but it's return due to Account Closed. So many times I visited their office but No Response so far except false commitments.It seems to be a Very Large Scale Fraud...Radhey Shyam Sahni
