Sir I purchased a refrigerator on 10/2020 and this is my biggest mistake that i have trusted on bosch after so many complaints of this refrigerator in warranty period and after warranty period same problem arises again and again .I also contacted to higher authority of bosch but they tell that they can refund the amount after twenty percent depreciation. But why would i pay the depreciation of defective product. I don’t want any refund, i want only same capacity refrigerator of good quality because somewhere in my heart there is a little respect towards this brand. If company does not care about his valuable consumer then this is company’s loss as brand value of any company or product is because of its happy consumer. A consumer share his good and bad experiences with his family and friends.I hope you will do something to our request at the earliest.
