I have the above machine Serial Number[protected] purchased around 2008 in Mumbai from your Showroom
It has give us good service till early this year. Sometime around 3 months ago we handed it over to your service center in Pune. After more than 3 months we have been informed that since the machine is over 13 years old you are unable to find the necessary spares to repair it.

Instead as a good will offer you have offered a good discount on a new Coffee maker
I also understand that the similar model has been discontinued in India and you the only beans to coffee machine is a built in machine which costs over Rs 2 lacs !
This reflects very badly on BSH and i would request some solution be found to repair my machine or obtain an identical machine at discounted price from your overseas operations where it is available
I look forward to a positive response
