[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Biggest cheats - abusive and rips off customers. | |||
Donot send your car for servicing to them. BIG CHEATERS. Gave my car on 8th Oct morning for basic servicing to be done and given back by 8th evening, after followingup regularly, they didnt give me an estimate. Till 9PM 8th oct they didnt give the estimate and didnt even work on car. On 9th morning, they gave me a ridiculous estimate. They told me 5 l engine oil. Capacity of my car engine oil is 3 litres. Brake shoes, wipers, etc... they were giving ridiculous prices. Indicator bulb, seals, parts etc when while checking and giving the car all was working. Estimate given 14k When I have asked them to return the car, they were abusive and till now 9th Oct afternoon, have not yet got the car. Seriously they are biggest cheaters, they rip the customers. Suggest me what actions can be taken against them. Dont they understand, that a person knows the pricing when they have been serving their cars regularly.
